About Jobberdash

What is Jobberdash?

Jobberdash is an AI-native, headless workforce orchestration platform built for India's frontline workforce. It brings acquisition, onboarding, deployment, attendance, shift fulfilment, compensation and compliance onto one configurable, AI-enabled platform.

Is Jobberdash an HRMS?

Not a conventional one. Enterprise HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors are built around organised, white-collar workforces. Jobberdash offers comparable workforce management for blue-collar, grey-collar and frontline people, but it is a different product for a different workforce. That comparison is an analogy, not a claim of identical features.

Who is Jobberdash for?

Businesses in India that employ daily-wage, contractual, gig, blue-collar and grey-collar people, such as contractors, factories, security and logistics companies, staffing agencies and small manpower agencies.

What does headless mean here?

Jobberdash adapts to your business, not the other way round. You configure your own forms, workflows and approvals, and each module can be used on its own or together.

Do I need to use every module?

No. You can run the full suite or pick only the modules you need. A recruitment agency might start with ATS, a contractor with Verify, a logistics business with Kelsa, and a payroll team with CAB.

Hiring and sourcing

What is Hive?

Hive is Jobberdash's skill marketplace. Small manpower agencies and individual manpower or commission agents list available people, organised by skill, PIN code and availability, and employers search for the people they need.

How is Hive different from ATS?

ATS handles organic recruitment: job posts, applications, candidate databases and hiring pipelines. Hive sources people who are already available through manpower agencies and individual agents. They are separate channels that work together.

Who can list people on Hive?

Both small manpower agencies and individual manpower or commission agents can onboard onto Hive and list available people.

What is ATS?

ATS is Jobberdash's applicant tracking system for frontline roles. It covers creating clients and jobs, application forms, job posts, candidate acquisition, screening, selection and offers.

Can I design my own hiring pipeline?

Yes. A bulk driver hiring flow can be just screening and an offer, while a specialist role can have several interview rounds. You design the pipeline and AI helps run it.

How does bulk hiring work?

Upload a candidate pool and AI matches candidates to jobs. Matching candidates are shown to you for approval. Once you approve, WhatsApp communication starts the application process.

Onboarding and verification

What does Verify do?

Verify is Jobberdash's onboarding and offboarding module (OB). It collects information through configurable forms, verifies documents against government databases, generates government-format documents and handles exits.

Which documents can be verified?

Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence and UAN, plus other supported digital documents. The stated turnaround is under 30 seconds.

Can Jobberdash generate government forms?

Yes. Information entered digitally can be turned into the prescribed PDF format, for example EPF Form 11, which the person can sign and download.

How are exits handled?

Exit steps are digitised and the Full and Final (F&F) settlement is calculated and reconciled. The target is two days, or the applicable statutory timeline.

Scheduling, attendance and shift fulfilment

What are Kelsa and Jam?

Kelsa is the workforce scheduler. It matches people to projects and geofenced worksites using skills, availability, location and rates. Jam is the mobile app that captures actual attendance and work against that schedule.

Do I need a biometric machine for attendance?

No. Jam captures attendance through facial recognition at geofenced worksites on the person's phone. If you already use biometric devices, their attendance data can be uploaded to Jam.

What is shift fulfilment?

Shift fulfilment means making sure every required shift is actually staffed, not only recording who attended. Kelsa schedules, Jam captures attendance and shows gaps, and Hive can supply a skilled replacement.

What happens when someone does not report for a shift?

Jam helps identify the no-show. A skilled replacement can then be sourced through Hive, because agencies and agents on Hive already have available people, and the replacement's attendance is captured in Jam.

Does Jam reduce attendance disputes?

Jam lets people record their own attendance at geofenced locations, so you rely less on supervisor reports. It also helps with ghosting, no-shows and attendance manipulation.

Payroll and compliance

What is CAB?

CAB is Jobberdash's compensation and benefits module. It configures pay structures, receives approved attendance from Jam, calculates pay, processes payroll digitally and keeps state-wise statutory compliance records.

How do Jam and CAB work together?

Jam records attendance and work. CAB is the payroll engine behind it. Jam also uses CAB for quick payments to contractual, gig and daily-wage people.

Which compliances are covered?

CAB captures state-wise labour compliances under Indian labour laws and keeps digital records for audits. The full list of supported rules will be confirmed with a compliance expert.

AI and control

What is JD?

JD is Jobberdash's conversational and agentic AI layer. You can talk to it in plain language, and it carries out configured workflows across the platform. It is a layer across the modules, not a separate module.

Does AI make the decisions?

No. AI assists and runs workflows you configure, while your team keeps the relevant approvals and decisions. For example, you approve candidate matches before WhatsApp messages go out.

What happens if an AI action is rejected?

Where a person rejects or an AI action fails, it is passed to a higher decision-maker for review.

What can AI do today?

Eight capabilities are live: the JD agent, AI job descriptions, AI job posters, AI-assisted onboarding and offboarding, document verification, bulk candidate processing, AI candidate matching and workforce orchestration.
